1997 Chevy Truck Power steering

Truck makes grinding or sqealing sound. At first was only when making right hand turn, now does all the time unless making left hand turn.

You have a wheel bearing failing, nothing to do with power steering system. Need to have your front wheel bearings checked to see which one needs replaced. If it completely fails it can cause an accident if you're driving it so repair as soon as possible.
