1995 Chevy S-10 drivetrain vibration

My 95 s-10 with a 5 speed manuel has a wierd viberation/shake in the drivetrain during acceleration mostly in 3rd gear at the speed to shift to forth, and the in 5th gear at highyway speeds from about 95-110kms, pressing in the clutch during the viberation causes it to mostly quite, and also the vireation/starts more to the rear of the truck and movews towerds the front

Get a good look at the u-joints at either side of the driveshaft. Should be NO play in them. And also check the carrier bearing that the driveshft is atteched to in about the middle of the truck.
