1990 Chevy Truck Truck sputters and dies

My truck will crank but right after sputters then dies. I can work the pedel to keep it running but its sputtering the whole time. Replaced map sensor but no change. Any suggestions?

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure? Here is a how to for checking fuel pressure:

Let me know what you find. Also, check for vacuum leaks.
