1985 Chevy Truck V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic? Miles

Well its not really a repair question but I just bought a truck with an unknown motor. It has holley aluminum heads but no roller rockers. How can I find out more using the head casting numbers and/or the camshaft casting numbers? I need to know what kind of roller rockers I need. Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

there should only be 1 head for this engine, if you contact your parts outlet the specializes in performance equipment. Give them the engine code and any casting No on the heads and they should be able to assist you.
