2005 Chevy Trailblazer Four Wheel Drive

Want to buy a 2005 Trailblazer but you cannot get diagnostic code because there is no power to the scan tool plug. Should I stay away or is it a simple fix? Fuse maybe?

Is there a problem with the vehicle that is causing you to have it scanned? Also, if there is no power, chances are it is a bad wire or connection to / from pin 16 in the wiring harness. Make sure the harness is clean and tight to the PCM. As far as an easy fix, when it is electrical in newer cars, usually it isn't an easy fix.
