2001 Chevy Trailblazer license plate light

2001 Chevy Trailblazer

The lights on either side of the plate will not work. I have changed the bulbs but can't tell what fuse it would be? IF not the fuse any other suggestions?

I believe if you follow the wiring from them it will lead you to a connector that plugs in. Remove that and make sure it is clean and tight (not corroded) and using a test light, make sure there is power to the connector.
