I have a 1998 Tahoe with 172000 miles on it. It is a 4x4 with a 5.7L engine.
Last night as I was driving on the freeway I lost the following acc., power wundows, radio, cruise control, wipers, fan, and the ABS light came on the dash. I found a blown fuse in the fuse box under the hood. I was a 50 amp fuse labled IGN B. I replaced the fuse and everything worked fine. Today after driving approx. 90 miles the same thing happened.
What is IGN B and how does it feed the other accs.?
There is obviously a short somewhere but where and how can I find it?
