2001 Chevy Tahoe Tensioner

Tensioner is making a squeling noise, when I add wd-40 it stop for a little while. Do in need to replace this or just the bushing in it. And how do it take this off.

Replace the tensioner. Just remove the belt and then remove the tensioner bolts.
