1997 Chevy Tahoe motor skipping

I have changed intake gaskets, fuelinjector assy, timming sensor on distributor. Test foung 25 deg off, so I pulled distributor again and realined and motor still skips high or low rpm. All cylinders are firing, I also changed plugs just incase but still have a skip. Help!

Was the engine skip there before you changed the intake gaskets or after? How did you test to see that the timing was 25 degrees off?
What brand of plugs did you install?
Is the check engine light on?
Did you scan for any trouble codes?
