1996 Chevy Tahoe Engine runs rough

The engine sputters and runs rough whenever it is cool outside or raining. Usually after running for a while it goes away or if it is hot outside this doesn't happen.

Hello,

Check your Cap for Corrotion, carbon tracking or cracks. If you haven't had a Tuneup in a while moght be good idea.
