I have a bad front wheel bearing on my 4wd 2003 Suburban. It was dealer replaced 5,000 miles ago and the part is still under warranty. I see that the CV joint boots both have leakage (see pictures) at the differential but the front differential is still full. Is it important or necessary to replace the boots and/or CV joints when the axle bearing is replaced again?

Your pics didnt load, so I cant see how bad they are leaking. It isnt normal for the CV's to need repalcing when doing wheel bearaings. Problem is that it requires aspecial clamping tool to replace just the boots on those, they dont use a standard strap clamp like a car front axle. If the diff was serviced recently it may have been overfilled which can cause leakage at the axle seals.
