Engine runs rough at idle. Any other time while moving engine runs great. Strong smell of gas and using a lot of fuel. Gas milage was 12 mpg now its like 6 or 7 mpg. Pulled Codes P0171 and P0300 after driving about 50 miles new Code came up P0131. All 4 spark plugs on drivers side and the oxygen sensor no.1 upstream on drivers side was coated with black soot, Cleaned everything, put them all back, Car drove good for 4 miles then all Codes came back. Vacumn checked good, All coils on that side have a strong spark. Cleaned MAP MAF and Throttle body. Still missing at idle only. Still using a lot of gas and have a strong gas odor. End of tailpipe is blackened. HELP

Hey! My suburban did the exact same thing. We put 400 dollars in it for bad reasons. I put a FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR in mine and it has been running fine for 2 years! Just try it I guarentee it will work!
