1999 Chevy Suburban K2500 3/4 ton 7.4 liter

I scan my engine with a trouble code scanner and the code is P1345: camshaft to crankshaft position correlation fault. What does that mean and how do I fix the problem.

This is a timing code.

Try turning the distributer slightly and see if that eliminates it. See the details here:
