My suburban when starting it after a short amount of driving (less than 15 minutes) will start then die and will continuously do this for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes it will start right up and run just fine, it cranks fine, it will start fine, but when it starts and dies within 1/2 second, you have to wait exactly 10 minutes to start

This si going to prpobably be a vehicle that has a bad harness to the fuel pump. Unfortunately you will have to get a new fuel pump with the harness and replace it. Check your furel press ure first. Make sure to replac ethe fuel filter when you do the pump.
