1995 Chevy Suburban V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

When I frist start up my truck if I do not lay on the gas peddle the truck will do this shutter and shut down when I get it going I will start to drive and it will lurch forward and act as if it is not geting fuel and I must pump the gas and lay on it untill it reaches above 35mph. I have replaced the fuel modual and seal for it and am not sure what else it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
