The suburban is running rich and has no pwer, can not get over 40 mph with the throttle wide open at 3000 rpm. It will not go over 3000 rpm. I have replaced the o2 sensor, ignition module, coolant sensor, throttle positioning sensor, and fuel filter. The computer is not showing any codes.

How is the convertery? Or exhaust restriction? Use a vacuum gauge and see if your initial reading is between 16-22Hg, then watch as engine runs, if gauge drops slowly you may have an exhaust or converter problem. Does the check engine light come on when you turn the key to on?
