Lost brakes and steering at same time!

1999 chevy silverado 6.0 (gas) 4x4
as I was backing I lost power to steering and brakes at same time. Have checked everything I can think of do you have any suggestions?

Lost power assist or lost control of the steering? Brake pedal go to floor or just get real hard to push? Check the drive belt. If vehicle is equipped with Hydro-Boost then it could be the power steering pump
