Cant figure it out

My 1991 chevy 1500 runs real bad at an idle but only some time. Ive done the whole tune up thing. And it did not help. And when I floor it, it will spit like it is not getting enough fuel but only sometimes. Im pretty good at this I mean its only a 350 v8. Thank you in advance for your time

Lets find the idle air control valve/EGR and also check the closed and wide open throttle voltages of the throttle position sensor/ to include the MAP sensor.

Might also want to check the exhaust system for restriction.
