I have transmission code PO700 and PO708.
What do they mean

I'd look at the park neutral switch, aka, trans range sensor.

The 708 code is for high input, when the park neutral switch grounds those circuit, the voltage is pulled lower. I'm not a trans person, I just looked up the code.
