Original problem same as now. Replaced compressor and orifice screen. Used Pag 46 oil 8oz. Readings are psi. As stated in original email, removed orifice put line back together removed two line from compressor blew compressed air through both sides no noted restriction. Original charge was a few ounces short and system, oil clean. Other than adding a little freon through the years components were original and untouched.

Thanks,
Robert

Did you drain oil from compressor before install? Was accumulator replaced? System flushed? 8oz. Is total charge some oil will be in condensor and accumulator. If you answer no to any questions then may have too much oil in system. Did you bypass high pressure cutoff?
