2000 Silverado Passenger Door Will Not Unlock

I have a 2000 Silverado. The passenger door will not unlock. I have tried it using the keyless entry, the unlock button on the door, trying to slide the lock to the unlock position, and using the key from the exterior of the passenger door. None of these methods work.

The driver side door is operating normally.
