What kind of testing have you done? Are you missing anything besides spark? With the engine cranking, is there an injector/s pulse? Can you tell if the fuel pump is running with the engine cranking? You may have to check fuel pressure. If you are missing spark--injector pulse and no pump activity, with the engine cranking, my first thought is a missing rpm signal. If the only thing you are missing is spark, then you can track that circuit.
