Where is the timing wire located on a 1998 chevy truck?

Timing wire? There is no timing marks or wire.

BASE TIMING
The distributor ignition system has no provision for timing adjustment. The base timing is preset when the engine is manufactured and no adjustment is possible.

The wire you have to remove to set the timing. Where is it located on a 98?
