1998 Chevy Silverado cold truck

The truck runs consistantly at 150 degrees I have put a 195 degree thermastat but hasn't helped at all

Low heater output can also be caused by a thermostat stuck in the open position or the wrong temperature range thermostat. If the coolant temperature at the thermostat housing or radiator inlet is unusually low (140 degrees or less), the thermostat needs to be replaced. Also check if the heater core is clogged and aslo the heater control valve
