Why the brake pedal is to hard to step on and make like leaking air noise and the truck don't stop inmediately?

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

This problem you have described is constant with a faulty brake power booster, this is vacuum operated and the noise you hear is vacuum leaking from the unit, vacuum is supplied via the inlet manifold on petrol engines and a dedicated vacuum pump if diesel, have the brake booster inspected for a fault. I would have this done ASAP.
