I don't see the silverado model listed in mitchell on demand for that year. Is it a C or K model and which one 1500,2500, or 3500?

The washer pump should be on the bottom of your windshield washer fluid bottle.I emailed you a wire diagram and a trouble tree for washer pump inop to your personal email.
