1992 Silverado Jerky Brakes

I just bought a 1992 Silverado 1550. Not sure how many miles are on the current brakes. The brake pedal is just a little spongy, and the truck seems to go through a series of subtle jerks right before a stop. It almost feels like the rotors catch and release slightly before stopping.

The jerking sensation is caused by the rotors and the spongyness could be the drums and shoes in the back if there worn alot.
