Drive Train Axles Bearings problem

I have seen 10,000 post for actuators and not a single bit of useful knowlage if the actuator is not the problem. Is there anyone out there with this information? The tranfer case is good! The actuator is good! Still the front axles do not engage. Thow me a bone here and let me in on the secret I'm dying here!

Hey I had the exact same thing. Go on top of your transfer case there is two switches one on the side one on the very top unplug the very top one and take a 7/8 or 22mm socket and were that switch plugged in, take the metal piece out of the transfer case with the socket and get a new one. Than thread it back in and plug the switch back in and it shoukd work. I worked on mine for 6 months beofer I figured it out. Hope it works for ya

I have the same problem, but the problem is in the front differential. The actuator is working but whatever it pushes against is broken.
