Greetings, I have a Chevy 2000 S10 4x4 4.3L 140,000 miles
The oil cooler lines are leaking badly.
I was told this was a labor intense repair that would cost around $300 in labor. Is this a repair I could do myself? I have a Haynes manual but it does not discuss how.
Any info would gratly be appreciated.

The oil coller lines can be replaced. You can pick them up at a auto repair store. If there is only one place they are leaking they make replacement lines, that you can put in. Make sure they are the right size and make sure you get all the connections you need to do the job. If you have to run a complete new line make sure you run it exactly where the old one is.
