Electrical noise

Electrical noise can be heard through factory radio/speakers while engine running. Replaced Alternator, sparkplugs and wires with no affect. Still getting noise. Battery terminals are clean and solid. I know this sounds like a "bad ground connection somewhere". But for this make and model, what is my best place to start looking for this bad ground connection?

So I figured it out. After checking as many ground-straps that I could find, they were all good and solid. I decided to check the Distributor cap and Rotor. After marking and removing sparkplug wires, and removal of the two torix-screws, I pulled the cap and Holy Cow! What a mess. The posts had a metallic growth and severe pitting. The rotator itself looked just as bad with pitting on the tip of the electrode. So I removed all this garbage, cleaned the posts and rotor and reassembled.
Silence is Golden. No more electrical noise! But replacement of the the rotor assembly is deffinately in order.
Thank you for this forum and allowing me to methodically figure this issue out for myself. Hopefully my experience here will be of benefit to others.
