Can I replace the O2 sensor myself? Dealer said it was the right side O2 sensor and their price to replace it is over $250.

yes you can, you can buy the wrench or socket required at a auto parts store. they simply unbolt like a bolt! no reason why you couldnt do it yourself, the o2 sensor itself isnt cheap.
