I ran off the road into a yard during a snow. A few days later after being pulled out the track will go through all of the gears but if I give it more than about half throttle it bogs way down and loses speed. If I back off of it a little it will start to pick up speed again. It also has a rough shake at exactly 20 to 23 mph, before and after that it is smooth other than the bogging down.

Go to the trans dipstick, and pull it out. If the fluid is brown and or smells burnt the transmission is toast. Then go to a trans pro and he'll tell you how much it will cost to fix it.
