2000 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hello, I have a 4 cyl chevy s-10 pickup that will turn over when engine is cranked over but will not start, checked compression & I have 35 psi in 1 cyl & 0 in the other 3 cyl.I was wondering if my timming chain could have broke or what are some of the other things it could be?

did the engine over heat ?

The 2.2's are bad about breaking timing chains. If it was ticking loudly before and not now, yea it broke.
