how do I adjust the rocker arms, and what is the tourqe ft lbs I should use and the correct pattern. And help would be great

Rocker arms with press in studs, stud tighten to 35 ft. Lbs. And nut to 18 ft. Lbs.

Rocker arms with screw in studs, stud tighten to 35 ft. Lbs. And nut to 19 ft. Lbs.

Hydraulic lifters are used, an adjustment is not needed
