1994 Chevy S-10 MIL code 16 system voltage out of range

The truck maintains around 14 volts but after driven couple miles service engine light comes on after I shut the truck off and restart it starts all overagain same pattern, also my speedometer quit and up shift indicator quit all about the same time. Other than that the truck runns great. Help PLZ

Sounds like 2 different problems. First your over voltage code. If you are at 14v and code keeps coming back then your computer is no good. The speedo and shift light are probably caused by a bad vehicle speed sensor. Hope this helps
