1994 Chevy S-10 code 23 help

After looking up this code, "intake air temp cool" do I need to replace a sensor? Service engine light will come on after engine has warmed up & is idling.

Would suspect faulty intake temp. sensor but may want to follow troubleshooting chart below..(if chart is too small, post your email addy so i can send to you larger)
