1991 Chevy S-10 engin problem

First off thank you for you time and hope you have a merry christmas ok my question is I have a 91 chevy s10 2.5l my truck idles really high and shoots the tip of the number two spark plug btw 800 and 2000 miles and I am having oil show up on my air filter and have to change it every thousand miles any ideas

On the driver side is your master cylinder, on the fire wall right behind that is this big black disk looking thing, it has a black vacuum line that comes out of it, that may have come loose and if so you it will help with your idling problem.
