i have just bought a new battery it started for three days but on the fourth day the car wouldn't start why is that

I would have the charging system checked, it's possible your alternator is only putting out enough power to keep the lite out, also have the electrical system checked for a voltage draw, something staying on, ( truck lite, underhood lite)Good Luck, Lou
