1984 Other Chevrolet Models Wiper Delay System

1984 Other Chevrolet Models V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I swapped out my stock steering column from my 84 Chevy Custom Deluxe, for a tilt column from a donor 84 Chevy Silverado. My truck didnt come factory with a wiper delay system, and the donor column has the cruise, wiper delay, set up. On the donor column it had a wiper delay module I plugged in, and the high, low works on the wipers, but the delay doesnt. What else would I need for this feature to work?
