2000 Chevy Monte Carlo 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My car tries to constantly start when I turn it to the on position. At the same time my fan runs constantly even with the key off. It's not the ignition switch, had it checked. This all started when someone removed two of my spark plug wires from my distributor and I drove for about a mile before I discovered this.

Ok have you checked the relay's in the underhood relay box? There is a crank relay and an ignition relay one of these may be stuck and so when it get power at all it just starts. They are on the top side of this electical center. Get back to me with what you find.
