is it possible that a blown head gasket will cause misfire problems in all cylinders.

P0300 Random misfires-normally caused by vacuum leaks and bad gas-also check the EGR valve if its leaking

where can i check for vacum leaks.my 2.2 does not have an egr system or valve.

Inspect all the hoses and also check the intake manifold
