2006 Chevy Malibu Changing fuses

Engine Performance problem
2006 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Automatic 61000 miles

My left turn signal light was not blinking in the rear side so we were looking at the fuses but now the engine light is on. How do I know if a fuse was but back in the wrong spot?

I have the car manuel but it does not show me exactly where the fuses go because in the manuel there are actually more fuses then in my car and the reduced engine light comes on so obviously something was put back wrong but I can not tell which one.
