1999 Chevy Malibu idle is rough

I recently had a tune up done on my car. Now when I start the car and put into gear, the idle is really rough, and it mis fires. It runs but the engine light is on and it is blinking.

Check engine light coming On is an indication of a problem within the engine management system -you need to have the computer scanned for code/s this is your starting point of diagnosis
