my 1999 malibu wont start fuel pump isnt coming on I checked relay it is fine fuel pump is fine if I put juice to the box that the relay goes into it will run

You need to check and see if you have a theft code in the system

You will need a scan tool that will read body control systems or you will have to take it to your local dealer.
