I have a 1992 Chevy Lumina, 3.1 engine. After getting gas, I noticed tons of white smoke coming from the exhaust when I took off after stopping or slowing down. It uses oil, but there are no major leaks and there hasn't been a tune-up in forever. I do not see any change in how the oil looks. Could it be in bad need of a tune-up, bad head gasket, or what?
