1999 Chevy Lumina SECURITY

Car won't start, lights and radio comes on, but security light is blinking, want even click, a friend checked and said it was not the starter

Check battery make sure it is fully charge and in good condition
place key in the ignition and try to start
security light will be blinking
leave key in the on position until security light goes out or stop blinking
it may take up 15 min
(leave key in on for more then 10 min )

ignition awitch no good

need manual CHECK IT @
