p0102, p0671, p0341, what does it mean?

Should I also align the rear wheels? I never kew this?

DTC P0102 : Mass Airflow (MAF) Sensor Circuit Low Input

DTC P0671 : Cylinder #1 Glow Plug Control Circuit

DTC P0341 : Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor Performance

Yes you can and should have the rear suspension aligned just like the front end needs aligned on occasion.
