1997 Chevy Lumina 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the brake lights on my car dosen, t work unless I TURN ON MY PARK LIGHTS, but when I turn on my signal light they go off, what, s the problem.

Welcome to the forum. Does the high-mount brake lite work? If it doesn't, I'd have to check the brake lamp switch. To find the switch, you follow the brake pedal arm upward. Check fuse 23--15 amp.
