1996 Chevy Lumina no power

Car starts and starts to rattle and has no power hooked it up and it said multiple and random misfire.I changed the spark pluges and wires and tested ignition control module and it was good put it back together and it still the same.

Could be low fuel pressure from a failing fuel pump, or clogged fuel filter.

I did have a bad coil pack module that gave me a really hard time. It took forever to figure that one out.
