1996 Chevy Lumina brake lights

My brake lights seem to not be working properly. I changed the bulbs and I checked the fuse. My brake lights still seem to turn on when ever they wanted to. How do I fix this issue?

Hi there,

I would be checking the operation & condition of the brake light switch, this is mounted at the top of the brake pedal under the dash start here.
